Thanks. I started out trying to use a D90 and a D80 and that didn't work. So, I sold the D80 and got another D90 from eBay.

The lenses are not identitcal since I don't have 2 identical ones. I used a 50mm prime, and a 18-55mm lense but it was close enough
(I think that's why the video is not too sharp).

I am getting another 18-55mm lense and then I'll have identical lenses.

There is a lot I don't understand about 3-D Photography yet (and the software is still very new) but I hope to get better at it as time progresses.

what kind of 3D glasses should be used? I tried mine, but the video is still 2D with purple fringing...

Very good question. I don't have a 3D glasses myself (on order). Which of the two videos you don't see 3D?

I am seeing the Red/Cyan Anaglyph and so I assumed it works. Can you see 3D with this clip:

to me, this is already hard-core engineering, a feat I would expect from a graduate of Tsinghua...

Yes, the same one they use at the Universal Studio.

BTW: Learned something new today. The distance between the camera should be about 2cm per meter of distance from the object but no more than 8 inches. My test clips
were shot with 10 inches. So, don't watch the video too many times, or else you might have a headache afterwards.

My pair of red green 3D-glasses just arrived. Wow! The "奔腾" video looks REALLY GOOD!

As I said above, the camera distance is too large (>8") when I took that video and so don't watch it for too long or else it will make you dizzy. I am going to retake that video next week when they perform again.
