In the ravaging earthquake happened in South Western China several days ago, tens of thousands people lost their lives.  Millions lost their homes, families, and virtually everything they once have.

We are a group of local photographers and artists.  We live in an area where earthquakes are part of our life.  We ask you to show your support and sympathy to those who have been devastated half world away. 

We had a successful donation event this Sunday (5/18/2008) at Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica, thanks to all the kind donors.

On 5/24/2008, starting 1:30pm, we will have an auctions/sales event at Soyodo book store in Temple City (9611 Las Tunas Dr, Temple City, CA 91780). 

You are cordially invited to these events.  Cash will go to the victims of China earthquake, through the help of different organizations.  All prices are suggested donation amounts set by the photographers themselves.  For online orders, you don't have to pay by paypal now, but you do need to show up at our events and write the checks or pay online to the eligible organizations.  Currently we would like you to donate to American Red Cross, Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California (PUAASC), American Chinese CEO Society (ACCS),Chinese Christian Herald Crusades (CCHC). Checks should be written to these organizations.  Make sure that your money will go to the China Earthquake relief when you do the donation.  We will announce other eligible non-profits from time to time.  Please come back later to check.
